This notice is to advise employees and customers on how tips, gratuities, service charges, and other mandatory charges are treated on this premises.

Tips and Gratuities

All cash tips are pooled, in agreement with our staff.
All cash tips are divided between all staff at the end of each calendar month.
All cash tips are divided between all staff members, based on average hours worked.
This is with the agreement of all staff. Tips are divided by a senior member of the team.
Senior management do not receive any portion of tips.
Bella Italia Limited does not charge any service charge.
Bella Italia Limited does not accept electronic tips through our point of sale terminals.
Cash gratuities are totally at our customers’ discretion.
Service Charge

Bella Italia does not charge any service charge.
Mandatory Charges

Bella Italia Ltd does not apply any mandatory charges to any of our services.
Tips and Gratuities Paid by an Electronic Mode of Payment

Bella Italia does not accept tips by an electronic method.
